服務說明

Trucelo 提供以下核心功能：

• 資源足夠性檢查：依「貓數＋1」原則檢查貓砂盆等資源是否足夠
• 新貓引入排程器：AAFP 十階段引入流程，依貓咪行為判斷是否進到下一步
• 衝突觀察記錄：記錄多貓間異常反應，找出隱性資源霸凌模式
• 貓咪名單管理：為家中每隻貓命名，方便記錄指名道姓

使用規範

使用 Trucelo 即表示您同意：

• App 內容僅供參考，不作為醫療或行為診斷依據
• 不嘗試破解、逆向工程或干擾 App 運作
• 不將本 App 用於任何違法目的
• 遵守 Google Play / App Store 服務條款

責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，Trucelo 對因使用本 App 內容所產生的任何損失不承擔責任。任何貓咪衝突或健康疑慮，請以獸醫/專業人士實際判斷為準。本條款受中華民國法律管轄。

Core Principles Local-first

Trucelo is a conflict management app for multi-cat households. No account or login is required.

• Resource checklists, new-cat introduction schedules, conflict observation records, and your cat list are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to any server
• We do not collect or upload any personal data
• We do not use device sensors such as the camera, microphone, or location services

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Trucelo is a free app that shows banner ads through Google AdMob to support its operation. AdMob may collect the following information to serve ads:

• Advertising identifier (Advertising ID)
• Device information (model, operating system version)
• Approximate location (based on IP address)

In-App Purchase (Remove Ads)

Trucelo offers a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase. The purchase process and payment information are handled entirely by the Apple App Store / Google Play, and Trucelo never accesses or stores your credit card or payment details. Purchases are verified through the RevenueCat service; RevenueCat only receives an anonymous device ID and purchase records to confirm your purchase status. Content Disclaimer

The app's resource checklist, new-cat introduction schedule, and other recommendations are designed based on public veterinary behavior sources such as the AAFP (American Association of Feline Practitioners), but they cannot replace the diagnosis or advice of a professional veterinarian or animal behavior specialist. If fighting between cats is severe or causes physical injury, please be sure to consult a veterinarian.

Children's Privacy

Trucelo is suitable for all ages. This app does not collect any personally identifiable information, regardless of the user's age.

Description of Service

Trucelo provides the following core features:

• Resource sufficiency check: checks whether resources such as litter boxes are enough using the “number of cats + 1” rule
• New-cat introduction scheduler: the AAFP ten-stage introduction process, using your cats' behavior to decide whether to move on to the next step
• Conflict observation log: records unusual reactions between cats to uncover hidden patterns of resource guarding
• Cat list management: give each cat in your home a name so records can refer to them individually

Acceptable Use

By using Trucelo, you agree to the following:

• App content is for reference only and is not a basis for medical or behavioral diagnosis
• Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the app
• Do not use this app for any unlawful purpose
• Comply with the Google Play / App Store terms of service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trucelo is not liable for any loss arising from the use of this app's content. For any concern about conflict between your cats or their health, please rely on the actual judgment of a veterinarian or professional. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

Trucelo は、多頭飼いの家庭向けに猫同士の衝突を管理するアプリです。アカウント登録やログインは不要です。

• リソースのチェックリスト、新しい猫の紹介スケジュール、衝突の観察記録、猫のリストは、デバイス内にのみ保存され、サーバーにアップロードされることはありません
• 個人データの収集・アップロードは一切行いません
• カメラ、マイク、位置情報などのデバイスセンサーは使用しません

広告（Google AdMob）

Trucelo は無料アプリで、運営を維持するために Google AdMob を通じてバナー広告を表示します。AdMob は、広告を配信するために次の情報を収集する場合があります：

• 広告識別子（Advertising ID）
• デバイス情報（機種、OSのバージョン）
• おおよその位置情報（IPアドレスに基づく）

アプリ内課金（広告の削除）

Trucelo では、1回限りの「広告の削除」買い切り課金をご用意しています。購入手続きと支払い情報はすべて Apple App Store／Google Play が処理し、Trucelo がクレジットカードや支払いに関する情報に触れたり保存したりすることはありません。購入の確認には RevenueCat のサービスを利用しており、RevenueCat は購入状況を確認するために、デバイスの匿名IDと購入履歴のみを取得します。詳しくは RevenueCat プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。

コンテンツに関する免責事項

アプリ内のリソースチェックリストや新しい猫の紹介スケジュールなどの提案は、AAFP（American Association of Feline Practitioners）などの獣医行動学の公開資料に基づいて設計されていますが、獣医師や動物行動の専門家による診断・助言に代わるものではありません。猫同士の衝突が激しい場合やけがをしている場合は、必ず獣医師にご相談ください。

お子様のプライバシー

Trucelo はすべての年齢の方にご利用いただけます。本アプリは、ユーザーの年齢にかかわらず、個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。
