Sagelo 提供以下核心功能：

• VISHDAAL 記錄輸入：貓咪認知衰退八大類徵兆的頻率觀察記錄
• 趨勢圖表：把單次觀察攤開成長期趨勢，方便帶去給獸醫參考
• 家貓命名：設定貓咪名字，問候語與記錄畫面同步顯示

使用規範

使用 Sagelo 即表示您同意：

• App 內容僅供參考，不作為醫療診斷依據
• 不嘗試破解、逆向工程或干擾 App 運作
• 不將本 App 用於任何違法目的
• 遵守 Google Play / App Store 服務條款

責任限制

在法律允許的最大範圍內，Sagelo 對因使用本 App 內容所產生的任何損失或延誤就醫不承擔責任。任何貓咪健康疑慮，請以獸醫實際診斷為準。本條款受中華民國法律管轄。

Core Principles Local-first

Sagelo is a diary app for observing cognitive decline in senior cats. No account or login is required.

• VISHDAAL observation records, trend data, and your cat's name are stored only on your device and are never uploaded to any server
• We do not collect or upload any personal data
• We do not use device sensors such as the camera, microphone, or location services

Advertising (Google AdMob)

Sagelo is a free app that shows banner ads through Google AdMob to support its operation. AdMob may collect the following information to serve ads:

• Advertising identifier (Advertising ID)
• Device information (model, operating system version)
• Approximate location (based on IP address)

In-App Purchase (Remove Ads)

Sagelo offers a one-time “Remove Ads” purchase. The purchase process and payment information are handled entirely by the Apple App Store / Google Play, and Sagelo never accesses or stores your credit card or payment details. Purchases are verified through the RevenueCat service; RevenueCat only receives an anonymous device ID and purchase records to confirm your purchase status. PDF Observation Summary Export

The “Export Vet Summary” feature generates a PDF file directly on your device and opens the system's native print / share sheet so you can choose who to share it with (for example via messages, email, or printing it out). The PDF contains only the observation records you entered; the entire process is done locally on your device and nothing is uploaded to any server, and Sagelo does not know who you share it with.

Medical Content Disclaimer

The app's VISHDAAL observation categories and trend charts are designed based on public veterinary research (AAHA, Cornell, etc.) to help owners record their observations, but they cannot replace a professional veterinary diagnosis. Many similar signs can also come from other causes such as joint pain, thyroid problems, or vision and hearing problems, so please be sure to consult a veterinarian to rule out other possibilities.

Children's Privacy

Sagelo is suitable for all ages. This app does not collect any personally identifiable information, regardless of the user's age.

Description of Service

Sagelo provides the following core features:

• VISHDAAL record entry: frequency observation records for the eight categories of signs of cognitive decline in cats
• Trend charts: spread single observations into long-term trends that are easy to bring to your vet
• Naming your cat: set your cat's name, which is shown in greetings and on the record screens

Acceptable Use

By using Sagelo, you agree to the following:

• App content is for reference only and is not a basis for medical diagnosis
• Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or interfere with the operation of the app
• Do not use this app for any unlawful purpose
• Comply with the Google Play / App Store terms of service

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sagelo is not liable for any loss or delay in seeking veterinary care arising from the use of this app's content. For any concern about your cat's health, please rely on your veterinarian's actual diagnosis. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

基本方針 ローカル優先

Sagelo は、老猫の認知機能低下を観察するための日記アプリです。アカウント登録やログインは不要です。

• VISHDAAL の観察記録、傾向データ、猫の名前は、デバイス内にのみ保存され、サーバーにアップロードされることはありません
• 個人データの収集・アップロードは一切行いません
• カメラ、マイク、位置情報などのデバイスセンサーは使用しません

広告（Google AdMob）

Sagelo は無料アプリで、運営を維持するために Google AdMob を通じてバナー広告を表示します。AdMob は、広告を配信するために次の情報を収集する場合があります：

• 広告識別子（Advertising ID）
• デバイス情報（機種、OSのバージョン）
• おおよその位置情報（IPアドレスに基づく）

アプリ内課金（広告の削除）

Sagelo では、1回限りの「広告の削除」買い切り課金をご用意しています。購入手続きと支払い情報はすべて Apple App Store／Google Play が処理し、Sagelo がクレジットカードや支払いに関する情報に触れたり保存したりすることはありません。購入の確認には RevenueCat のサービスを利用しており、RevenueCat は購入状況を確認するために、デバイスの匿名IDと購入履歴のみを取得します。詳しくは RevenueCat プライバシーポリシー をご覧ください。

PDF観察サマリーの書き出し

「獣医師向けサマリーの書き出し」機能は、お使いのデバイス上で直接PDFファイルを作成し、OS標準の印刷／共有シートを開きます。共有先（メッセージ、メール、印刷など）はご自身で選べます。このPDFに含まれるのはご自身が入力した観察記録のみで、作成はすべてデバイス内で完結し、サーバーにアップロードされることはありません。Sagelo が共有先を把握することもありません。

医療コンテンツに関する免責事項

アプリ内の VISHDAAL の観察分類と傾向グラフは、獣医学の公開研究（AAHA、Cornell など）に基づいて設計されており、飼い主の方の観察記録を助けるためのものですが、獣医師による専門的な診断に代わるものではありません。似た兆候は、関節の痛み、甲状腺の問題、視力・聴力の問題など、他の原因によって現れることもあります。必ず獣医師に相談し、他の可能性を除外してください。

お子様のプライバシー

Sagelo はすべての年齢の方にご利用いただけます。本アプリは、ユーザーの年齢にかかわらず、個人を特定できる情報を一切収集しません。

‘수의사용 요약 내보내기’ 기능은 기기에서 직접 PDF 파일을 생성하고 시스템 기본 인쇄／공유 시트를 엽니다. 메시지, 이메일, 인쇄 등 누구에게 어떻게 공유할지는 사용자가 직접 선택합니다. 이 PDF에는 사용자가 입력한 관찰 기록만 포함되며, 생성 과정은 모두 기기 내에서 이루어지고 어떤 서버에도 업로드되지 않습니다. Sagelo은(는) 누구와 공유했는지도 알지 못합니다.

의료 콘텐츠 면책 조항

앱 내 VISHDAAL 관찰 분류와 추세 차트는 수의학 공개 연구(AAHA, Cornell 등)를 바탕으로 설계되어 보호자의 관찰 기록을 돕기 위한 것이며, 수의사의 전문적인 진단을 대신할 수 없습니다. 비슷한 징후가 관절 통증, 갑상선, 시력·청력 문제 등 다른 원인에서 비롯될 수도 있으므로, 반드시 수의사와 상담하여 다른 가능성을 배제하세요.
